Timo Sattler
Operations
Timo is an entrepreneurial generalist with a strong bias toward action and ownership. At Zauber, he works in the intersection of strategy and execution across operations, finance, and product.
He joined as one of the first team members and helped shape the company’s early trajectory. Prior to Zauber, he gained experience in startup environments, venture building, and consulting, including RiskCube (YC W24), Celonis and Accenture.
He holds a degree in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and studied about deep-tech startup innovation at the University of Cambridge. Timo is a scholar of Manage and More by UnternehmerTUM and brings a strong passion for building, AI, and logistics.
Timo gets his energy from endurance sports and has completed several Ironman and ultramarathon races. When he's not out training, he loves discovering new places and gets a bit too competitive over a good board game.
