Rate request
An enquiry lands in the operator's inbox and Zauber reads it: lane, commodity, volumes, incoterms. It pulls rates from your RMS and the contracts that apply to that customer, then drafts the quote with the rate sheet attached, ready to send or edit. What took a rate desk 20 minutes comes back in under one.
File creation
Zauber opens the booking in CargoWise from the customer's email and the documents attached to it, filling parties, route, goods and references. Anything it cannot verify, such as a declared value or a volume that disagrees with the packing list, it flags rather than guesses. The operator confirms and the file is created.
Document extraction
Commercial invoices, packing lists, MBLs, arrival notices: Zauber reads the document, maps the fields to your TMS, and writes them where they belong. Outers, weights, volumes, commodity codes and goods descriptions come across as structured data, with low-confidence fields marked for review instead of silently accepted.
Arrival notice
When a carrier's arrival notice arrives, Zauber sets the ETA on the shipment, logs the milestone, and drafts the onward emails, such as trucker scheduling and the consignee notification. Terminal ETA
Zauber watches terminal and carrier ETAs against what your TMS believes and updates the shipment when they move.
