Manifesto
In an era where goods flow ceaselessly and global supply chains form the lifeblood of our world economy, Zauber stands as the visionary architect of a new paradigm for logistics, built on years of experience in the industry. We believe that technology and humanity must unite to overcome tomorrow’s challenges - and our mission is to enable freight forwarders - the unsung heroes of global trade that drive prosperity around the world - to drive this change in logistics.

Vision
We see a future where freight forwarders operate with complete clarity-where every shipment is tracked, every exception is handled proactively, and every operator has the information they need exactly when they need it. AI won't replace the expertise that moves global trade. It will amplify it.
Mission
We empower freight forwarders - the unsung heroes of global trade - to lead the AI revolution in logistics. By augmenting human decision-making with intelligent systems, we free up time for what matters most: customer relationships. In an industry that never stands still, we build fast, iterate relentlessly, and never let trade stall.

Erik Muttersbach
Founder & MD
Erik is a technology entrepreneur and co-founder of Forto, one of Europe's largest digital freight forwarders.
"When we started Forto in 2015, our goal was to modernise freight forwarding through better software. We scaled to 1,000 people and raised over $500M-and learned just how vital and complex global logistics really is.
A decade later, the industry is at a new inflection point. Supply chains are under more pressure than ever, and AI is finally capable of handling the messy, unstructured reality of freight operations. With Zauber, we're building AI for logistics - one that handles the busywork so operators can focus on customers, exceptions, and the work that actually requires human expertise.
This is what we spent ten years learning to build."
