Otmane Sabir
Engineering
OT is an engineer and builder who built the last decade across freight, energy, and AI. He started at his first startup at 18, building CAD software, before spending four years in logistics.
Moving into engineering management, he discovered a passion for developing people and systems as much as technology. In the energy sector, he led an engineering department building models to optimize household energy use across EVs, batteries, and smart devices. Now he’s back at the frontier, developing AI agents that automate and enhance the complex logistics workflows he once designed and coded by hand.
OT studied Computer Science and has known since he was ten years old that he wanted to build technology for a living. He’s currently pursuing an MBA to explore how technology intersects with business, systems, and people.
Outside of work, he’s a dedicated to training and endurance sports, a curious reader and writer, and a complete coffee obsessive—spending weekends experimenting with espresso and filter recipes (and nearly buying a particle size analyzer just for fun).
