# Zauber

> Zauber builds purpose-built AI agents for sea and air freight forwarders. The agents work directly inside the operator's inbox and connect to CargoWise One and other core systems, automating rate requests, bookings, milestone and data updates, and document handling, while keeping operators in control. Built and hosted in the EU for enterprise-grade data sovereignty.

Zauber Technology GmbH is based in Berlin, Germany, and was founded in 2024 by Erik Muttersbach, co-founder and former CTO of Forto. The product is live with leading global freight forwarders across 40+ country branches. Response times drop from hours to minutes, and operators are freed from repetitive work to focus on customers and exceptions.

## What Zauber does
- Pre-configured AI agents for the freight forwarding shipment lifecycle: quotation, booking, milestone tracking, document extraction, exception handling, and SOP monitoring.
- Agents are configured in plain language and take effect instantly, with session monitoring and adoption tracking by branch and user.
- Deep integrations out of the box: CargoWise One and other TMS, rate management systems, Microsoft Outlook and 365, SharePoint and OneDrive, Teams and Slack.
- Human oversight and full auditability by design. Automate what you trust, review the rest.

- GDPR-compliant, built and hosted on European infrastructure with data residency in the EU.
- ISO 27001 aligned (certification in progress), multi-tenant enterprise architecture, encryption, access controls, and independent security testing.
