Dominik Kapusta

Dominik is a full-stack engineer with a background in enterprise software, cloud systems, and applied AI. At Zauber, he works on building greenfield applications and AI-driven workflows that bring next-generation automation to the freight forwarding industry.
Before joining Zauber, he worked at Dynatrace embedding machine learning models into production systems and at Atlassian leading teams developing Jira Cloud
He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Gdańsk University of Technology and also studied Process-Oriented Psychology, combining his passion for technology with an interest in people and personal development.
His coding journey began in the early ’90s, when his Commodore 64 broke down, leaving him without games but with a programming environment that sparked his curiosity and shaped his career. Outside of work, Dominik plays in a band, enjoys jogging and biking, and loves discovering new festivals. He spends much of his free time in nature with family and friends, often diving into long conversations about life that stretch into the early hours of the morning.
